The Hausdorff Center for Mathematics is seeking up to four early-career W2 professors in mathematics, its applications and quantitative economics.

Appointments are temporary for five years; some may carry tenure track and exceptional cases may be tenured immediately. Bonn Junior Fellows receive travel and guest funds during the initial period, access to HCM resources and opportunities to supervise doctoral students. The expected start is no later than 1 October 2027.
Eligibility requirements
Early-career researchers with a doctorate, a developing independent research agenda, relevant publications demonstrating scientific independence, and some international research experience. German-language skills are not required.
