Mobileye, a global leader in advanced driver-assistance systems and autonomous driving technologies, is looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our US team in Detroit. In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you will represent Mobileye with leading automotive companies, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and develop new strategic business opportunities. We are looking for someone who knows the US automotive ecosystem, brings a strong industry network and executive presence, and can open doors while working closely with Mobileye’s business, product, and technical teams.
What will your job look like?
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across major US OEMs and Tier-1s.
Leverage your industry network to identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities in the ADAS/AD market.
Represent Mobileye in strategic customer meetings, industry events, and other high-level engagements.
Lead customer-facing business activities, including RFI/RFQ discussions, product evaluations, and technology deep dives.
Work closely with Mobileye’s business, product, and technical teams to align customer needs and opportunities with our strategy and solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the US automotive market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
All you need is:
5+ years of business development or strategic customer-facing experience in the automotive, ADAS, autonomous driving, or related technology industry.
Established relationships with senior decision-makers at major US OEMs and/or Tier-1s – mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to leverage an industry network to build strategic relationships and create new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, combined with the technical orientation needed to engage credibly with customers.
Excellent executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives independently while maintaining strong internal collaboration and alignment.
