Submission Dates For These Surveys Are:
Midterm Survey: By the end of the month that marks the midpoint of your grant period. For most of you, this would be on or about the beginning of the fifth month.
Final Survey: You will receive an email asking you to complete the Final Survey within three months of the end of your grant. Note: The final month's stipend and Certificate of Completion may be withheld pending receipt of the Final Survey.
Information in these surveys is very helpful to us for updating our materials as well as in determining if problems occurred, how communications among the various parties worked/is working, whether benefits are sufficient, etc., so we urge you to take the time to complete the form thoughtfully. Your response will be available for viewing by the Fulbright staff at Posts/U.S. Embassies and Fulbright Commissions, State Department Program staff, and IIE Program staff. If you are eligible to complete the final survey and have not received the invitation, first check your spam, and if you are still unable to locate the email, contact your IIE Program Officer. If you have received the final survey invitation but have technical difficulties accessing or completing the survey, email fulbrightsurveys@iie.org. For any questions about acess to the midterm survey, contact your IIE Program Officer.
Tips for this grant
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
- Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
- Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
- Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.
Verification notes
Extracted from a public opportunity page using specific title, application/deadline, eligibility and benefit signals. Aggregator/news pages remain review-controlled unless an official provider page is successfully verified.
Job and Scholarship is the discovery and verification layer. Confirm eligibility, dates, salary/funding and application instructions on the original source before submitting anything.
