We are currently recruiting a Social Media Manager who will be integral to grow awareness and engagement of the Lovehoney Group brands in the United States. Your focus will be on driving content strategy and creating content through new Lovehoney organic social media channels with a key focus on Instagram, and TikTok. You will be working closely with our in-house Social and Creative teams, while being able to work independently to create content that drives the channel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of our social channels, with a focus on Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent, creative, and high-quality output.

• Plan, create, and publish content that brings our brand to life; from Reels and carousels to stories and short-form videos.

• Confidently create content independently, be comfortable both sides of the camera as role includes filming, editing, and posting reactive and planned pieces.

• Be comfortable in front of the camera for trend-led or reactive moments, helping to build a genuine, relatable brand presence.

• Write sharp, on-brand captions and schedule content with a data-informed understanding of what performs and resonates.

• Support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen storytelling that connects with our community.

• Pitch bold, social-first ideas in brainstorms and explore new formats that push creative boundaries.

• Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural shifts, and competitor activity, using insights to inform and inspire new content.

• Engage with our audience across comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, authentic, and brand-appropriate way.

• Track and analyze performance across platforms, sharing clear insights and recommendations in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

What You Should Bring

• 3–5+ years’ experience in social media, either within an agency or in a similar in-house role.

• An in-depth understanding of social media channels and how they contribute to wider business objectives.

• A high level of independence, ownership and responsibility for delivering results.

• A passion for content marketing and finding new, unexpected ways to organically tell the story of a brand or product.

• Native or fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and public speaking skills.

• Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally on occasion.
