We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games. Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). We’re looking for a UX Director to define and elevate the player experience across a complex, evolving live game. This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated UX leader on the game, building the discipline from the ground up while staying deeply hands-on in the short term. Working closely with Design, Production, Product, Engineering, User Research, you’ll help bring clarity, usability, and the right level of tension to a game where every decision matters.
