As EMEA Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and commercial adoption of our Coronary and Pulmonary Embolism portfolios. You will work closely with regional sales leadership, clinical stakeholders, and the broader EMEA Marketing team to strengthen market positioning, support product adoption, and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Drive the development and execution of EMEA-wide marketing strategies in close alignment with regional Sales leadership, Regional Marketing and EMEA Marketing priorities
Enable product adoption and commercial performance through strong collaboration with local sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Support product launch activities, including market analysis, pricing inputs, KOL engagement, launch planning, and post-launch adoption initiatives
Analyze market dynamics, clinical trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven commercial decisions
Develop value messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools to strengthen product positioning and support effective customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key clinical stakeholders across the EMEA region
Design and execute regional marketing initiatives, congress activities, scientific education programs, and workshops to drive clinical awareness and adoption
Deliver structured training programs to commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge, procedural understanding, and effective clinical value communication
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure integrated execution of regional priorities and maximize customer impact
Approximately 5 years of experience in MedTech, ideally within interventional endovascular therapies, with exposure to interventional cardiology as a strong advantage
Experience working with Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology or other relevant interventional clinical specialties
Strong understanding of the EMEA healthcare landscape and customer dynamics across relevant markets
Experience supporting or managing product launches in a MedTech environment is a strong plus
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and growth strategies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders
Proactive, hands-on, and structured working style with strong ownership and execution focus
Collaborative team player with a strong drive to support commercial success
Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage depending on market focus
Willingness to travel approximately 50–70% across the EMEA region
