As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a  Vehicle Inventory Associate  to join our Production team. This role ensures accurate and detailed vehicle data is entered into our inventory system so every car meets Clutch’s quality and sales standards. What you’ll do Manually identify and capture features within vehicles Use captured features to determine vehicle trim levels Copy data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information) Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections) Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting What we’re looking for Education: High school diploma or equivalent License: Valid G2 driver’s license (Ontario) Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions Background Check: Clean criminal background check Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs Skills & Attributes High proficiency in English (written and verbal) Familiarity with vehicle features commonly sold in Canada Previous data entry experience with high accuracy (Google Docs, Sheets) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Knowledge of common car brands in the Canadian market Ability to operate various vehicles (manual and automatic is a plus) Professional appearance and work ethic Effective interpersonal communication skills Why you’ll love it at Clutch Autonomy & ownership – opportunity to influence production workflow Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for overtime pay Health & dental benefits Growth potential and training within the Production department Employment Type Existing, Permanent Full-Time Compensation & Benefits Wage: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Health & dental coverage Pay decisions reflect objective criteria: skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditions Clutch is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed.
