About the Role Shuttler Driver – Production (Halifax) As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities. What You’ll Do Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in line with company policies Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Previous driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team Other Items to Note Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-service mindset when interacting with vendors and partners Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment Physically able to enter and exit vehicles frequently and stand or walk for extended periods It’d Be Great If You Have Experience in an automotive, logistics, or production environment Interest in growing within automotive operations Why You’ll Love It at Clutch Autonomy and ownership in your work Opportunity to grow your career within a rapidly scaling company Direct impact on inventory operations and customer experience Top-of-market compensation and benefits Above-market health and dental benefits Employment Type Existing, Full-Time Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $18.25 per hour Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage starting from day one.
