This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vendedor Serviços de RH | Consultor Comercial based in Brazil. This is an opportunity for a consultative sales professional to drive the expansion of B2B Human Resources solutions in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client challenges, and positioning tailored recruitment, selection, consulting, and HR project solutions. The role combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and end-to-end ownership of the commercial cycle. You will build relationships with decision-makers and help organizations address their talent attraction, development, and retention needs. Working closely with specialized delivery teams, you will help ensure that commercial commitments translate into strong customer outcomes.
