Vice President, Broker

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Broker based in United States. The Vice President, Broker will play a key leadership role in expanding a modern wholesale insurance business and shaping the future of surplus lines brokerage. You will bring an established book of business, strong producer capabilities, and deep knowledge of the wholesale insurance market. The role combines revenue generation, carrier relationship development, client management, and hands-on execution across the full insurance lifecycle. You will solicit, market, quote, bind, and service business while negotiating competitive terms and coverage with available markets. A major component of the role is collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop technology-driven solutions that reduce inefficiencies. This is a remote opportunity with preference for candidates in GA, SC, NC, or FL, particularly those already supporting accounts in the region.
