Digital Lending Strategy & Product Ownership

• Define and deliver the digital lending vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Drive digital growth across Personal Loans, Mortgages, and Auto Finance products.
• Own product performance, customer outcomes, and commercial success across lending journeys.
• Align digital product strategy with broader retail banking and business objectives.

Customer Journey Design & Optimization

• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end lending customer journeys using Human-Centred Design principles.
• Identify customer pain points, drop-offs, and friction areas through analytics and customer feedback.
• Improve customer acquisition, conversion, journey completion rates, and overall satisfaction.
• Deliver seamless, intuitive, and market-leading digital experiences.

Product Innovation & Market Benchmarking

• Benchmark lending journeys against leading local and international financial institutions and fintechs.
• Monitor market developments, technology trends, and emerging customer behaviours.
• Identify innovation opportunities and implement solutions that enhance customer outcomes.
• Ensure products remain competitive, compliant, and differentiated.

Agile Delivery & Squad Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional digital squad including Product, Technology, Design, Data, Testing, and Delivery teams.
• Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product release decisions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
• Deliver strategic initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Define and monitor KPIs covering customer experience, conversion, adoption, straight-through processing, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive product enhancements and optimize performance.
• Track portfolio performance and business benefits delivered through digital initiatives.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Maintain strong controls, audit readiness, and operational risk management frameworks.
• Partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Credit, and Operations teams.
• Mitigate operational, fraud, technology, and reputational risks across digital lending platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Lending, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Minimum 5 years leading digital products, agile squads, or customer journey transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and customer experience programs.

Industry Exposure

• Strong expertise in Retail Lending products and digital lending ecosystems.
• Experience managing digital customer journeys, product roadmaps, and agile delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, APIs, ecosystem integrations, analytics, and customer experience design.
• Knowledge of lending operations, credit processes, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
