The role provides direct exposure to a world-class infrastructure investor, influence over multi-billion-dollar capital allocation decisions, and a clear line of sight to value creation and exit.   This is a strategically critical role, central to growing and protecting enterprise value as AirTrunk scales across multiple jurisdictions. You will operate as a senior enterprise leader within the Group CFO leadership team.   We have grown at remarkable speed, and our ambition is even greater. Manage information undertakings and other requirements under financing arrangements. Lead financial internal controls, delegations, policies and procedures, including the ongoing development of controls appropriate for a growing business across the APAC region. Monitor changes in the operating environment and business developments, and advise on appropriate risk management practices.   Financial Operations:   Oversee the Group’s financial operations across Asia Pacific, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Own the company's financial systems, including the ERP and Integrated Business Planning system. Lead the development and continuous improvement of operational best practices in accounting and finance.   Financial Planning & Analysis:   Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes alongside the CFO and in partnership with the leadership and management team. Support the development and tracking of performance measures aligned with the company's strategic direction. Lead the ongoing development of financial strategies. Requirements Previous experience as Deputy CFO or second-in-command to the CFO of a large company, or as CFO of a medium-sized company. Experience helping organisations scale rapidly through better processes, technology and outsourced capability, without unnecessary headcount growth. Preferred industry experience in property, funds management or infrastructure. Preferred experience in private equity-backed or institutionally owned companies. Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially minded, with a strong focus on outcomes and creating value for the business. Builds strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partners confidently and effectively with Blackstone, exercising sound judgement.
