MongoDB is at an important moment. AI is changing how applications are built, how technology gets selected, and what enterprises expect from their data infrastructure. We have a strong point of view on where this is going. We need a communications leader who can help us make that point of view matter in the market. This is not a traditional corporate communications role. You will work closely with the CMO, CEO, and our technical leaders to sharpen the ideas we want to be known for and make sure they reach the people — and increasingly the AI systems — shaping technology decisions. This role will lead the evolution of communications for an AI-mediated world—using traditional media, creators, technical media, podcasts, and other trusted voices to shape what people think and influence the sources AI systems use to generate answers and recommendations.
