Vice President, Investment Operations - Private Debt

Position Overview The VP will play a key role within the Investment Operations team, helping to transform and scale the Private Debt operating model. The role will develop a deep understanding of the platform's processes, stakeholders, systems and controls, while combining hands-on operational involvement and deputy review responsibilities with the leadership of cross-functional initiatives focused on automation, standardization and long-term operational efficiency.   Essential Job Functions: Develop a strong understanding of the Private Debt platform operating model, including key processes, stakeholders, systems, and controls and act as a deputy reviewer. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency improvements. Develop, maintain, and enhance operational procedures, control frameworks, documentation standards, and governance processes. Drive process standardization, harmonization, and best practice adoption. Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives and workstreams. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements and support strategic business initiatives.   Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience within Investment Operations, Fund Operations, Middle Office, or Private Markets Operations, with significant exposure to Private Debt, Private Credit, or alternative investments. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of private debt, loan allocation methodologies, fund cash management, liquidity management, capital calls and distributions Demonstrated experience overseeing complex transaction lifecycles, including investment closings, funding coordination, onboarding of investment managers, and operational execution across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. Proven track record leading operational change initiatives, including process redesign, automation, workflow optimization, governance enhancements, and operating model improvements.
