This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources based in United States. The Vice President of Human Resources provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s people function. This role shapes HR policies, programs, and practices while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. The position has broad responsibility across employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, payroll, performance management, and professional development. It also plays a key role in strengthening organizational culture, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with executive leadership, the VP of HR connects talent strategies with long-term organizational goals and business priorities. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader who can operate independently, navigate complex employee matters, and drive meaningful improvements in the employee experience.
