This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, People based in United States. This is a senior People leadership role responsible for shaping a broad, scalable people strategy across a growing organization. You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to translate business priorities into effective people programs. The scope spans Total Rewards, People Business Partners, HRIS and People Systems, Facilities, and Executive Administration. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while developing future leaders within the People function. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership. You will help build consistent, compliant, and engaging employee experiences across teams in multiple countries. This is a high-visibility remote opportunity with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of the People organization.

Lead and develop the People Business Partner team, ensuring HRBPs serve as trusted advisors and drive consistent, effective people practices across the organization. Own the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of the Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Oversee People Systems and HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity, efficient processes, accurate reporting, and useful workforce insights for leaders. Oversee Facilities operations across company offices, supporting safe, functional, and welcoming workplaces. Provide strategic oversight of the Executive Administration function to help enable effective senior leadership operations. Partner with the Chief People Officer and executive team to translate business strategy into people priorities, programs, and initiatives. Ensure people programs comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across relevant jurisdictions. Build scalable People programs, processes, and systems that can support continued organizational growth across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and Czech Republic. Use people data, metrics, and analytics to guide decisions and continuously improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Represent the People function with executive leadership and the Board when needed, communicating strategy, priorities, performance, and key workforce considerations. Mentor and develop future People leaders while fostering strong leadership capabilities throughout the organization. Serve as a trusted senior advisor and, when needed, provide leadership continuity for the Chief People Officer. Requirements Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of progressive People or HR leadership experience, including direct oversight of Total Rewards and HRIS/People Systems. Proven experience leading and developing People Business Partner teams. Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, HR technology, People systems, and workforce processes. Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and people-related regulatory requirements. Excellent executive communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. Demonstrated experience developing future leaders and building high-performing, diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders. Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Objective and commercially minded decision-making approach, with the ability to balance employee needs with broader organizational priorities. Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and adapt to evolving business requirements. Comfortable serving as a senior advisor and occasional stand-in for the Chief People Officer. Benefits Fully remote position within the United States.
