About The Role

Onelink Group is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and commercially minded Videographer & Photographer to join our growing Marketing team in Dubai.

This is a dynamic creative role with a strong focus on videography, visual storytelling, and premium brand content. We are looking for someone with a content creator mindset—a creative professional who understands how to produce engaging visual content that strengthens brand identity, captures audience attention, and supports business growth across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating premium photography and videography content for the Group's diverse portfolio of businesses, including Onelink Real Estate, Onelink Rentals, Onelink Corporate Services, Onelink Marketing Management, and Onelink Vacation Homes.

Working closely with the Marketing and Digital teams, you will play a key role in producing compelling visual content that enhances our digital presence, supports marketing campaigns, and brings our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality videography and photography for corporate branding, office culture, employee profiles, events, luxury vehicles, real estate developments, lifestyle campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional video content, including reels, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign videos.
• Produce engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertising campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Develop creative concepts that align with marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to execute creative campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the Group's premium brand identity and maintains exceptional production quality.
• Manage digital assets, content libraries, and production workflows efficiently.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and social media best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or in a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional videography, photography, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or equivalent creative software.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, color grading, and graphic design will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, storytelling, and video production techniques.
• Experience producing content for corporate, luxury, real estate, automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
• A content creator mindset with the ability to understand digital trends, audience engagement, and platform-specific content.
• Ability to independently manage creative projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

What We Offer

• Salary of AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.
