Virtual Engagement Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Engagement Associate based in Canada. This is a fully remote, customer-focused opportunity supporting healthcare engagement programs across Western Canada. You’ll connect with healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through professional outbound communications. The role combines relationship building, customer service, accurate documentation, and achievement of defined program objectives. You’ll serve as an important point of contact, delivering approved information while responding thoughtfully to questions and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Success will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, manage outreach priorities, and consistently meet quality and performance targets. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders in a structured and supportive environment. This four-month contract is well suited to an energetic, organized professional who enjoys meaningful healthcare-focused interactions and working independently in a remote setting.
