This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Engineering based in the United States. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role within a fast-growing technology environment focused on AI, computer vision, and real-world industrial applications. You will own the technical vision and architecture for a sophisticated AI-powered SaaS platform while leading a multi-team engineering organization. The role spans computer vision and AI, MLOps and systems infrastructure, and platform engineering, giving you broad technical and organizational influence. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning, architecture decisions, and the development of a high-performing engineering culture. Working closely with Product, Solutions, and executive leadership, you will translate business priorities into scalable technology roadmaps and reliable customer solutions. You will directly mentor engineering leaders and senior engineers while establishing engineering standards, processes, and practices that support rapid growth.
