ABOUT THE ROLE Own revenue strategy and execution for an AI-powered hospitality software company with an established sales motion. You will scale the sales organization, work closely with company leadership, and remain directly involved in high-stakes deals. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, manage forecasts, and present revenue plans to the board.
- Build sales onboarding, playbooks, call frameworks, and demo standards to help new hires ramp efficiently.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead account executives and sales development representatives, setting quotas, territories, and compensation plans.
- Run pipeline reviews, deal inspections, weekly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
- Analyze win rates and pipeline progression to identify and address conversion challenges.
- Close enterprise deals and support complex opportunities alongside the team.
- Partner with marketing and product on messaging, pipeline priorities, and product feedback.
- Assess channel partnerships and opportunities to develop dedicated enterprise sales segments. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3 or more years leading a quota-carrying team.
- Experience scaling a sales organization from at least 5 representatives to 20 or more, or growing revenue from low single-digit millions to eight figures.
- A record of independently closing enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience at fast-growing companies, building repeatable sales processes, and improving representative ramp time.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and conversion analysis skills.
- Experience selling emerging technology where educating buyers is part of the sales process.
- Vertical SaaS experience is preferred, especially in hospitality technology or proptech; experience selling AI or automation solutions is also valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS On-target earnings are $260,000 to $320,000 annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California.
