This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Technical Services based in United States. This executive role provides enterprise-level leadership and strategic direction for technical services across a multi-site healthcare organization. You will shape technical strategy while ensuring critical dialysis equipment, water systems, and facility infrastructure remain safe, reliable, and compliant. The position combines long-term planning, operational excellence, innovation, capital management, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with clinical, operations, construction, and corporate leaders to align technical capabilities with patient care and organizational growth. The role also oversees geographically dispersed technical teams and establishes performance standards that support quality, safety, scalability, and accountability. You will play a central role in expansion initiatives, technology adoption, regulatory readiness, emergency preparedness, and infrastructure planning. With significant enterprise influence and up to 60% travel, this position offers an opportunity to shape technical services strategy across a complex healthcare environment.
