Full job description

We are looking for talented professionals like you to help us further develop and expand our successful business area. Arvato Systems is a leading provider of IT services and digital solutions. We help our customers protect their IT infrastructures and continuously improve their cybersecurity strategies. As part of Bertelsmann, we deliver innovative and tailored solutions for a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environments. As a Senior Vulnerability Manager, you will work within an experienced team responsible for managing identified vulnerabilities across scanned assets. You will leverage a professional Vulnerability Management platform that supports analysis, prioritization, tracking, reporting, and documentation. In addition, you will contribute your expertise in Exposure Management activities and CTEM-oriented methodologies.

Qualifications and requirements

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate vulnerability scan results based on available business, asset, and threat context, and derive risk-based remediation priorities.

• Track the remediation of reported vulnerabilities, support validation and re-testing activities, and maintain auditable documentation.

• Coordinate remediation tasks with stakeholders.

• Prepare management reports, risk overviews, and audit evidence.

• Support Exposure Management and CTEM activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management, IT Security Operations, or related fields.

• Experience with relevant platforms.

• Practical knowledge of common IT infrastructures.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style with excellent German and English skills.
