We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day. As a Warehouse Associate, you're the one who makes sure crews have what they need, when they need it. You'll manage inbound and outbound shipments, kit jobs, load modules, run will-calls, and keep the whole operation organized and moving. No two days look exactly alike, but every day matters — because a crew without the right materials is a job that doesn't get done.

Your Day-to-Day Assist crews and electricians with material requests. Support the service department with material requests and locating Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). Help the Warehouse Manager with fleet maintenance. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles. Hotshot materials and pick up will-calls. Refill itemized bags and keep job kits stocked and ready. Run recycling and pallet drop-offs. Keep the parts cage neat, organized, and easy to work in — always. Look for ways to reduce material waste. Handle data entry accurately and on time. Keep the warehouse and office space clean and organized. Take on other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, or Regional Operations Manager.
