WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Starting pay $18-21/hr Are you looking to jumpstart a career in manufacturing? As a Warehouse Associate at Closet America, you’ll be hands-on with our fabrication equipment, helping bring custom closet and organization systems to life. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and work ethic. • Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and the production floor to support safe, efficient operations.
• Clean and prepare machines for the next shift, ensuring equipment is ready for production.
• Assist with basic machine upkeep and housekeeping to help maximize production uptime.
• Perform routine quality and visual checks while following established procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently as needed (training provided).
• Complete repetitive, routine tasks and rotate between equipment or work areas as business needs require.
• Follow all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production team members to keep operations running smoothly and minimize downtime. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification a plus (not required)
• No manufacturing experience required—we’ll train you!
