Do you enjoy hands-on warehouse work, take ownership of your tasks and thrive in a team-oriented environment? Join us as a Warehouse Operations Associate (m/w/x) at our site in Egelsbach, near Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will contribute to smooth warehouse operations, help drive continuous improvement and support a culture of reliability, collaboration and high performance. The position is limited to 2 years, with a long-term perspective. Are you on it?

Your Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Execute inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes in line with established quality, safety and operational standards.
  • Inventory Management: Perform system bookings, stock checks and inventory-related tasks to ensure accurate stock levels and process transparency.
  • Order Fulfilment: Support picking, packing, staging and shipping activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve workflows, identify optimization opportunities and support a culture of learning and progress.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Follow all quality, health and safety requirements and complete the necessary operational documentation.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Warehouse Experience: You have practical experience in warehouse operations or logistics and understand warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Forklift Certification: A valid forklift licence and hands-on experience operating industrial trucks are highly desirable.
  • System Skills: You are comfortable working with warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP) as well as Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Language Skills: You have very good English skills and good German skills to communicate effectively in an international environment.
  • Working Style & Teamwork: You work in a reliable, structured and responsible manner, enjoy collaborating with others and contribute positively to team success.
