Roles and Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Stocking

Ensure appropriate ammo levels for the range and retail floor

Organization
-
Maintain an orderly and clean workspace

Complete all warehouse tasks and checklists

Maintain proper grouping and labeling of backstock

Participate in all cycle counts
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Naturally friendly and positive attitude
- Able to carry out directives efficiently
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Desire to learn new skills
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new software
Preferences:
- Retail experience
- Firearm knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 70 lbs., freely access all areas of the store, and stand for long periods of time.
