Warehouse Associate / Driver

About the Role

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Driver to support warehouse operations and customer deliveries from our Buford, GA location.

This hands-on role is responsible for receiving and staging equipment, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering equipment to customer job sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Receive, stage, organize, and prepare equipment for rental and delivery

• Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders

• Deliver equipment to customer locations using company vehicles

• Drive up to a 24-foot commercial box truck

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory counts

• Verify equipment and inventory against physical stock

• Assist with equipment inspections and light mechanical work

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Complete required documentation and inventory transactions accurately

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass an MVR review

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to read, write, and understand English

• Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous warehouse experience

• Construction industry experience

• Mechanical aptitude or mechanical repair experience

• Experience operating commercial delivery vehicles

• Class C License preferred

• Forklift experience a plus

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment weighing up to 75 pounds

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Frequent bending, lifting, walking, and standing throughout the workday

• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure equipment for transportation

Schedule & Employment Conditions

• Full-time position

• Monday-Friday schedule

• Pre-employment drug screening required

• Background check required

• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required

• Physical examination required

• Safety-sensitive position
