Full job description

We are looking for a skilled professional to help and guide our international customers to run their mission-critical business processes using our cutting-edge cloud logistics platform Platbricks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with warehouse management processes
• During go live periods, work in shifts or stand-by for shifts
• Analysis of incoming service requests and incidents of our international customers as well as solving or developing solution proposals
• Responsibility for change requests, depending on size, together with a dedicated project team
• Contributing to the further development of the software solution
• Building up domain and application know-how
• Understanding and application of customer-specific logistics processes, also in the context of process and function tests in customer projects
• Support of integration tests by the customer
• Monitoring and diagnosis of interfaces from and to other applications
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Close cooperation with 1st level support and 3rd level support

Qualifications and requirements

Requirements:

• Confidence with Tool Stack (see above)
• Technical understanding, analytical thinking and the ability to learn complex technologies on the job
• Know-how in the logistics sector (including transport, logistics service providers, supply chain management, inventory management,)
• Requirement Engineering
• Fluent English language skills
