- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
- Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales teams
- Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedules
- Manage stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
- Track KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss, warehouse efficiency, etc.)
- Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Proven leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations
