Warehouse Operator

A leading confectionery manufacturer in the Jebel Ali Free Zone is seeking experienced Warehouse Operator to support its high-volume production facility. This full-time role involves handling all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or warehouse management within an FMCG or manufacturing environment and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role is a key in ensuring the timely movement and accuracy of inventory, contributing directly to the supply chain performance of the factory.

Responsibilities Warehouse Operations:

• Receive and verify incoming goods and raw materials.

• Store items in designated warehouse areas using appropriate handling methods.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal production orders.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with care and in accordance with safety standards.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and cycle counts.

• Accurately label and document all inbound and outbound items.

• Ensure all warehousing activities follow HSE and hygiene compliance standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors promptly.

• Collaborate with the production and quality departments to ensure smooth material flow.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Valid forklift operator license (mandatory).

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

• Physically fit; able to lift and move heavy items.

• Basic English communication skills reading, writing, and speaking.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range:

AED 4,000 - 6,000
