The fixed-term role provides managerial leadership and technical oversight for UNICEF Angola's water, sanitation and hygiene portfolio. UNICEF requires an advanced university degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant WASH experience, demonstrated people supervision, one year of deployment in a developing country, at least one three-month humanitarian deployment, and fluency in English and Portuguese.
