The main purpose of the role is to process incoming and outgoing transactions at a weighbridge in the Sunderland area. If you have Weighbridge experience or are an excel whiz, then we want to hear from you!
Your key responsibilities:
• Accurately weighing vehicles entering and leaving the site
• Ensuring correct paperwork is completed for incoming and outgoing loads
• Checking compliance of loads according to local operating procedures
• Ensure tickets are processed in compliance with the performance framework
• Complete basic tonnage reconciliations for waste leaving and entering sites
• Report running on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Maintaining the traffic management system and to ensure the safe operation of the site
• Ensuring vehicle turnaround times are adhered to or report delays
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Able to work across other sites when needed
