Full job description
The role leads regional human-rights due diligence, child-labour monitoring and response systems, forced-labour prevention, grievance mechanisms, community wellbeing programmes, monitoring and reporting, stakeholder engagement and capacity building.
Requirements & qualifications
Cargill requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant human-rights, social-science, development, sustainability, legal or policy field, at least six years of experience in human rights, social impact or programme management, relevant West African agriculture or cocoa-chain knowledge, and fluency in French and English.
