WorCAP is promoted by INPE's Applied Computing graduate program and now welcomes the external community. The official INPE registration page states registration is available through September 23, 2026. Published standard fees are R$20 for undergraduate students, R$40 for master's/doctoral students, R$70 for professionals and faculty, and R$20 for online general participation. Because fees vary by participant type, no single fee value is encoded in the structured fee field.
