The Work//Shift Fellowship is a 12‑month program for gig workers, freelancers, and independent contractors who want to reimagine the future of work. Fellows engage in shared learning, collaboration, and exploration of new safety net solutions, with a focus on building equitable protections for nontraditional workers.

Hybrid format: virtual gatherings + in‑person convenings.
First convening: Southern California, 29–30 January 2027 .
