This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Engagement Manager - Associate Director based in United States. This role sits within a growing Workday consulting practice focused on delivering strategic technology and business transformation solutions. You will guide clients through Workday initiatives ranging from initial assessments to complex, enterprise-wide transformations. The position combines engagement management, business process improvement, consulting, and hands-on project leadership. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to streamline processes and deliver solutions that support better business decisions. Strong client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction are central to the role. The role can be performed remotely nationwide, with onsite work in Hawaii or travel to Hawaii required depending on location.
