This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Extend Architect based in Australia. As a Workday Extend Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of tailored applications using the Workday Extend platform. You will work directly with customers to understand complex business needs and translate them into scalable, commercially viable solutions. The role combines technical architecture, hands-on implementation, customer engagement, and strategic consulting. You will take ownership across the full solution lifecycle, from scoping and requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. You will also help shape best practices and strengthen Extend capabilities across a specialist Workday practice. The environment is collaborative, customer-focused, and globally connected, with flexibility to work remotely. This is an opportunity to influence modern HR technology while mentoring others and helping organizations solve meaningful business challenges.
