Workday Resource Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Resource Manager based in the United States. The Workday Resource Manager will support resource management operations within a fast-paced Workday services environment. This role focuses on coordinating staffing, resource allocation, ticket management, forecasting, and post-production support activities. You will work closely with delivery and engagement leaders to ensure resources are efficiently assigned and scheduling needs are addressed. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate operational data. You will monitor resource availability, utilization, time entry, contractor submissions, and staffing trends to support informed decisions.
