Full job description
The specialist deploys digital worker-engagement programs, trains and supports suppliers on the platform, manages grievance cases, supports investigations and remediation when requested, updates onboarding materials, communicates with supplier management and internal client-service teams, and gathers feedback to improve delivery. The role works remotely with a global team and may require occasional travel within the country.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a social-compliance or labour-rights background, at least five years of experience delivering social or labour impact work in global supply chains, client-service experience, and excellent written and spoken English and French.
