What you'll bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, AI, or a related field

Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with AI-assisted tools is an advantage

Language skills: English

Soft skills: Strong communication skills

Availability: 20 hours per week during the semester

Office attendance: Working from SAP ROT office on demand (a couple of times per month)

What you'll build

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Business Administration & Executive Support, you will support a senior executive at SAP with daily operations, administrative tasks, and key business activities.

Executive meeting support: prepare agendas, take notes, track action items, and explore AI tools to improve meeting efficiency

AI-enabled research & executive support: use AI and digital tools to research and synthesize information; identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

Offsite event planning: coordinate executive offsites, including venue research, logistics, and administrative tasks

Travel management: create itineraries and handle last-minute changes

Document & presentation preparation: prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using AI-supported tools

General administrative support: manage correspondence, organize files, track expenses, and identify process improvement opportunities

The SAP Globalization Services team plays a critical role in ensuring that SAP’s products and solutions meet the diverse legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements of customers across different countries and regions.

Additional Information

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
