Full job description

We are currently looking for a Working Student in Embedded Software Development to work within our team to bring Bosch products into the virtual and mixed reality world.

In your role you will:

  • Have the opportunity to experience the entire software development process, from requirements through design, implementation and unit-testing to documentation;
  • Take part in making our own development tools and simulation environments that help us to develop driving assistance functions;
  • Contribute to the SW development in a real project environment using multiple technologies and experience the process of development within automotive and non-automotive fields;
  • You will have the opportunity to be part of an international team and improve both your technical knowledge and your soft skills.

Qualifications and requirements

  • You are studying Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
  • You have some experience with some of the following: debugging, communication protocols, design patterns, SOLID, Linux;
  • We are looking for know-how from the following fields: Object-Oriented Programming principles; SQL and basic database management concepts; algorithms, coding logic.
  • English – a good level is mandatory.
  • You can describe yourself as a team player, proactive, adaptable and self-organized person.
