Workplace Experience Coordinator- Berlin (fixed term 12 months)

Team description The Berlin workplace team keeps the office running smoothly so every SumUpper can focus on their work without disruption, covering everything from vendor relationships and invoices to relocations and travel agreements. Whoever joins will learn office operations end to end in a fast-moving fintech environment, working closely with teams like People, Global Mobility, and Travel & Expense. What you'll do Support daily office operations, orders, and vendor management for the Berlin office Assist signatories with the signature process and forward invoices to tax and legal Prepare and send bank letters to relevant stakeholders Support the People team and Global Mobility with relocations and corporate flat management Work with the Travel & Expense team on setting up and negotiating local hotel agreements Maintain a well-organised, fully functional office environment for all staff You'll be great for this role if… Experience in office management, administration, or an assistant-type role Comfort communicating in both English and German, written and verbal Ability to stay flexible and adapt quickly when priorities change Strong attention to detail paired with a practical, problem-solving approach A friendly, approachable presence that puts visitors and new joiners at ease Nice to have: Front desk experience in a hotel or office Backoffice or other relevant administrative experience Why you should join SumUp 🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Berlin office.
