We’re looking for a Workplace IT Intern to join our Workplace team and support the day-to-day management of our internal systems, devices, and employee technical needs. In this role, you’ll help ensure our team has the tools and support they need to work efficiently. You’ll gain hands-on experience with device setup, SaaS tools, onboarding processes, and internal IT operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Your mission:

Support the setup and configuration of company devices (Mac laptops, iOS devices, peripherals).

Help manage applications and device management tools (Kandji) to ensure devices are properly configured and operational.

Provide day-to-day IT assistance to employees and help resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Assist with WiFi troubleshooting and coordination with external vendors when needed.

Prepare and configure equipment for new hires and run IT setup sessions during onboarding.

Support user account setup and access management across tools like Google Workspace and Slack.

Help manage software licenses, IT inventory, and device stock.

Maintain and update internal IT documentation and processes.
About you:

Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (FP / Ciclo Formativo).

Basic understanding of computer systems, preferably Mac environments.

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace.

Curiosity about AI and automation tools, and interest in exploring how they can improve workflows and productivity.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

A proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills and willingness to help non-technical users.
