Join our mission to redefine how employees experience technology at work. As a Workplace Platform Engineer, you will be part of the team that builds and runs the platforms powering thousands of employee devices, ensuring they are fast, secure, and deliver a great digital experience.
This role goes beyond traditional IT support. You will design and engineer scalable systems, automate processes, and apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to drive innovation in workplace technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and software, to deliver seamless, zero-touch experiences for employees.
If you are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies, and driving high-impact engineering projects, we would love to hear from you.
Engineer modern workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile and VDI platforms, focusing on performance, reliability and usability.
Design, build, and scale the modern workplace platforms, automating tasks and applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor device health and employee experience and automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless digital workplace platforms and participate in incident response and continuous improvement efforts.
Background in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with programming languages (Powershell, Python, or similar) and exposure to DevOps/SRE concepts.
Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g. MDM, MECM) and Identity & Access Management (e.g. SSO, MFA).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
Experience with ServiceNow, NexThink, or endpoint analytics.
Internship or project experience with endpoint or service desk management.
Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.
Real-world experience building modern workplace platforms at scale.
Mentorship from experienced engineers and clear growth paths.
Opportunities to lead or own platform initiatives and develop your craft.
Training, certification support, and access to conferences.
Work with cutting-edge workplace and security technologies.
