This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Worksite Trainer based in the United States. This remote role is responsible for strengthening field teams through structured training, coaching, and effective implementation of business systems. You will work closely with field leadership and home-office stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver targeted learning programs. The position combines virtual instruction, presentations, mentoring, performance monitoring, and field-level implementation. You will help regional teams adopt systems and initiatives consistently while improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Success requires strong communication, organization, independent decision-making, and the ability to adapt training to different audiences. The role includes regular travel and provides an opportunity to influence employee development across an assigned region. It is well suited to an experienced sales professional with strong systems knowledge and a passion for teaching and coaching.
Partner with home-office directors and field personnel to identify training needs, coordinate schedules, and deliver relevant learning sessions. Implement effective training systems and ensure company initiatives are consistently adopted across assigned field agencies. Conduct meetings, webinars, individual coaching sessions, presentations, and other training activities for field teams. Prepare engaging educational materials, including presentations, videos, and other instructional resources. Support and mentor Field Supervisors and Field Directors while overseeing training and development within the assigned region. Monitor field performance and responses to training, conduct evaluations, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain open communication with field and office leadership. Demonstrate proficiency in the business systems used by field teams and provide guidance to support effective and efficient adoption. Coordinate travel associated with the role, following a Sunday-through-Thursday travel schedule, and responsibly manage company expenses and assigned payment resources. Complete required weekly field reports accurately and on schedule. Contribute to continuous improvement of training approaches, adapting methods and materials based on business needs and learner feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. Professional sales experience within the relevant insurance organization and demonstrated experience using its worksite systems. Strong ability to implement and explain business systems effectively and efficiently. Executive-level communication, presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies, instructional tools, and corporate training practices, with an openness to learning and applying new approaches. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce or EPIC is an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, including the confidence to adjust plans and work independently. Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and engage field professionals across different locations.
