You bring 8+ YEARS  of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.   You will thrive in this role if you are:   A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo   A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing   Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data   Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)   Role responsibilities Experience in Xstore version upgrades, at least 2 projects Working with the Business teams to understand the requirement and design technical solutions. Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Xstore POS applications. Contribute to at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Xstore implementation projects. Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS,  EFTLink, Customers, Articles, Prices, Promotions, Sales/Settlement). Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions. Perform root cause analysis for critical production issues and provide solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams. Ensure coding standards, conduct unit testing, and perform code reviews. Support enhancements, new features, and localization requirements. Perform POCs Mentor the team members Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:   8–10 years of IT experience with strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS. Xstore version upgrades -at least 2  project Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate. Strong skills in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL. Experience in Oracle Retail ecosystem and POS integrations. Minimum 4 end-to-end Xstore implementations.   If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
