Overview

Liberian entrepreneurs aged 18–35 can apply for YEIB MANCO’s first cohort, which will select 50 MSMEs for no-cost business training, investment-readiness coaching, mentorship and market connections.

Complete training program details

YEIB MANCO is a capacity-building and investment-readiness program, not a cash grant. The first cohort selects 50 MSMEs from across Liberia, with at least half coming from outside Montserrado County. Selected businesses receive hands-on training in financial management, investment readiness, business planning and digital skills, plus connections to buyers, financiers and investors. The program is led by Liberia’s Ministry of Commerce & Industry through its Small Business Administration, financed by the African Development Bank and Government of Liberia, with Devin Corporation as implementing partner.

Eligibility requirements

Liberian entrepreneurs aged 18–35 who are the sole founder or head of a business operating in Liberia. The business should have been operating for at least six months and be registered or willing to begin registration. Applicants must be able to commit to training and mentorship. Female entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
