The programme runs online from 10 December 2026 to 22 April 2027. Around 60 candidates will be selected. The official call lists a 100 EUR registration fee and states that the 600 EUR training cost is covered by an OIF scholarship.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be nationals of an OIF member state; normally hold at least a Bac+3 degree, or Bac+2 with at least three years of experience through VAPP; have relevant professional experience; and meet the stated French-language requirement.
