The values that form our foundation are: Radical customer centricity Ownership-driven culture Keeping everything simple Long-term thinking Complete transparency   About the Role   We’re looking for a  YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow the YouTube presence.   Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations , including publishing and content scheduling. Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes. Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production . Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips. Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance. Create supporting carousel and social media content . Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium . Ideal Candidate Strong interest in YouTube, content, and digital media . Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
