⭐ Join Wolt as a Hungarian-speaking Support Associate! ⭐

Are you a great communicator? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Excited to be a part of a supportive team? If your answer is “yes,” then this role might be perfect for you! 🤩

We’re looking for onsite full-timers and student part-time (30 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in Hungarian and English, both in writing and speaking. You’ll join our Support team for the Hungarian region in Budapest (Office location: 2nd district) and as part of our Country Support, you’ll be supporting Wolt countries and making a real impact every day.

💙 What you’ll be doing

• Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone

• Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations

• Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service

🌟 What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous customer service experience - we’ll train you! If you do have experience, that’s a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude and eagerness to learn.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset

• Learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced environment

• Availability and the right to work in Hungary

• You can work 40 hours per week as a full-timer or minimum 30 hours per week as a student across different shift types (morning, night, weekend) as required since we operate 24/7

• You have professional working proficiency in Hungarian and English

• Our starting salary for a 40-hour full-time position is 467,000 HUF gross per month, plus a shift allowance. The base hourly rate for students is 2,150 HUF.
